The Embassy Suites Rivercenter was the host for Jeni and Brian’s reception and what a wonderful location it was. The photo booth was located in the lobby as guests came to and fro from the party. We had a great time listening to people giggle, seeing all the great pictures, and putting together a fabulous scrapbook.
Congratulations Jeni and Brian! Thank you for letting us be part of your special day.
Let’s start with a little bride and groom action…
Some people are so photogenic when they laugh…
I cannot get enough of cute babies in the booth…
Family O-H-I-O…
Crack me up…
Teenagers are awesome…
Boys will be boys…
Way back in September I got to capture the wedding of Vanessa and Billy. This was only the second wedding I was shooting as the primary photographer and I was nervous to say the least. But, I think things turned out beautifully.
Buckle your seat belts! There are A LOT of pictures!
Let’s get started with a little bling…
Vanessa getting her hair and makeup done…
And feeling a little sexy???
There’s something very Abbey Road about this one…
Crack me up…
Yay, some pretty portraits…
Crack me up some more…
The ring bearer and flower girl were precious…
And now it’s time to party…
I have been to a lot of weddings in my day, but this one has to be one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen. (I’m guessing I’ll be saying that a lot as our wedding business continues to grow!) Amanda had the most amazing lace dress with a matching shawl and a beautiful feathered hair pieces instead of a veil. If I were to get married again (and I hope that never happens), that is exactly what I would wear. The wedding was at Nazareth Hall in Grand Rapids, Ohio. The staff there was more than hospitable. They went the extra mile for us; I can only imagine what they did for Amanda and Andrew. Congratulations you two and thanks for letting us be a part of your special day.
Here’s a little picture I snuck during the ceremony with my iPhone.
Amanda and Andrew chose our scrapbook option. This is a great idea and creates an immediate gift and memory from the event. With our scrapbook option we provide the scrapbook, pens, and adhesive.
Now on with the good stuff…
As my business has grown in the last year I often wonder what’s easier: photographing people I know or photographing people I don’t know. I’m not sure one is easier than the other, but I get way more nervous photographing people I know. I have known Holly since she and I were four. We lived just down the street from each other and went to school together from kindergarten through 12th grade. We weren’t always friends that whole time, but we have stayed in touch throughout the years. Holly’s husband Ralph I met after they were married. And now they have two kids. When did I get so old?
Anyway, they are a beautiful family and made it really easy for me. Thanks again Holly and Ralph for letting me capture your family!!
Holly and Ralph are HOT HOT HOT!!
I love the next two pictures that Dave captured.
2008 Monte Carlo Masquerade | Photobooth

On Friday our photo booth was part of the Monte Carlo Masquerade to benefit The Young Executive Board Foundation and Dress for Success Columbus. Our booth was sponsored by DSW and they not only provided awesome advertising on our booth (see picture), they also ran a contest during the evening called “Show Us Your Shoes”. Participants were encouraged to take pictures of their shoes inside the photo booth, display them, and then they had the opportunity to win a $100 gift card from DSW. It was a lot of fun.
We also used the Monte Carlo Masquerade logo and DSW’s sponsorship on the photo strips:
And now on with the pictures….
These two loved the photo booth. And “Lamb Jam?” We so want to be there!!! Send me an e-mail…info@vipphotobooths.com.
You know when relatives of the Adkins family calls to schedule their portraits that it’s going to be a totally awesome session. And it was! We originally planned on having the pictures done in June, but we decided to reschedule to get the fall colors. But, it was like 80 degrees that day and we had to pretend it was chilly. :) Thank you Laslo family for letting me capture your moments.
All I can say is, HUBBA HUBBA!!
It’s very rare that I’m speechless, but for this post I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves. I think they’re beautiful. Thank you Tiffany and Andy for letting me capture your growing family.
I absolutely love this picture:
Last weekend we had the pleasure of attending Rachel and Joe’s wedding at home. The wedding was a beautiful outdoor ceremony and the reception that followed was a great party. We should have known it was going to be a great party when we saw guests arriving with tents and sleeping bags! Now, I’ve been to A LOT of weddings, but Rachel and Joe had the coolest thing I’ve never seen before: a live karaoke band. If anyone knows the name of that band, leave a comment. They were great!
Anyway, on to the photo booth pictures!
A week ago we had the pleasure of attending Vanessa and Billy’s wedding. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Eagle Sticks Golf Club, followed by a rockin’ party. But there will be more on that later, as I also had the privilege of being the photographer at this wedding too.
Let’s start with the bride and groom…
Playa…
Something tells me these two aren’t that angelic…
This may be the most artistic picture we’ve ever seen done inside the booth…
Scott was an amazing best man…
This may set a record as the most number of adults ever inside the booth…
Stayed tuned for even more on this wedding.
We met the Ryan, Cindy, and their children last Sunday at Franklin Park for a portrait session. Boy was it sunny!!! After some challenging family shots, everyone started having fun once Dave let the kids climb the tree. Thanks Staffords for a fun morning!
Giant kids? Tiny house?
Ooohh, la la!!
